Traditional Friday night out: dinner, drinks, home. Not this week...some friends and I got a little more creative and went to an art class where we painted our own masterpiece based on the picture of the evening. We showed up, all in high spirits, confident the step-by-step instructions would result in a beautiful piece of art. (Step-by-step did not mean paint by number which is what I was hoping for since I am not very artistic.) We were ready to go with essential supplies: canvas, paint, brushes, wine. That's right, we were able to bring our own wine to enjoy during the class! After a lot of concentration...

and multiple comments along the lines of "This looks terrible!" and "This is ugly, I quit.", we we walked away with a piece of artwork and a night full of fun!

So, an exact replica of the orignial but this was a lot of fun and great for a girls night out!
